Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing an order successfully. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@thegreygreen.com
If you would like to make any change to an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation email.
Once your order status has changed to “SHIPPED”, no changes can be made.

Delivery
All products will be shipped from Hong Kong. Your order will be shipped within 5 working days, subject to stock availability and quality checks. Notification of tracking information will be sent when we send out the goods.
Your order may be delayed due to factors outside of our control i.e. customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, long holiday etc.
- China, Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan
- All products will be shipped by SF Express 'cash on delivery'.
- A tracking link will be sent to your email address once the parcel is delivered. Thus, please do leave us your email address at checkout.
- Customers are responsible for all import tax and duties outside of Hong Kong. The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance.
There will be several reasons you may not receive your purchase shortly due to factors below:
- Refused shipments: if the shipment is refused and returned to us, we will contact you with the option of re-delivering it or a refund in the form of store credit for your next purchase. Please note that you will have to pay all related cost incurred (re-delivery shipping cost, return shipment cost…)
- Lost shipments: we are more than happy to help out tracking down your shipment and in the unfortunate case to refund your purchase. If the purchase is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will help to arrange products to deliver again.

訂單確認
當顧客確認訂單後,我們會向顧客發出確認電郵詳列訂單的細節。請核對所有資料是否正確,包括送遞地址和收件人資料。如發現任何資料錯誤,請立即與我們聯絡。
當顧客的訂單狀況更新為 “SHIPPED” (已寄出) ,代表所訂購的商品已於運送途中或已送交閣下,此階段訂單不能再作出任何更改或取消。

送貨細則
所有成功訂購商品將於五個工作天內由澳門寄出,商品貨存量及品質檢測可能影響發貨速度,敬請留意!當商品確認發出後,顧客將會收到追蹤訂單送貨的通知,請自行檢查電郵以了解最新情況。
當八號(或以上)風球信號或黑色暴雨警告信號正在懸掛時,所有送貨服務將會即時暫停及延遲。
如需指定送貨時間,請於下單前聯絡我們查詢。指定送遞時間或需收取額外費用。
- 中國、香港、澳門及台灣
- 任何訂單均以「順豐速運」到付發貨。
- 當商品被正式處理及發貨,訂單的物流追蹤連結將會發送到閣下的電郵地址,下單時請謹記填妥電郵地址及聯絡資料。
- 於香港以外地區收貨的訂單,顧客須自行承擔進口稅及關稅。物流公司或當地郵政部門將通知閣下清關程序及其他詳情。
以下情況出現時,顧客有機會未能成功收到已訂購商品:
- 貨運被拒:如商品被物流公司或海關拒絕送抵閣下地址,本網站將會聯絡安排重新發貨程序;或進行退款紀錄,款項將於閣下的下一個新訂單中直接扣除。顧客須負責所有額外費用(包括商品退回物流費用、重新發送商品物流費用…)
- 商品遺失:經物流公司確認後,如商品於運送途中有任何閃失,本網站會安排重新發貨,確保閣下購物過程愉快順利。
- 有關商品的最新物流狀況,閣下請先自行向已選擇的物流公司查詢,或電郵到 info@thegreygreen.com 本網站會盡量作出相關協助。
